We are a full-service facility where our staff is committed to helping you meet your individual fitness goals. Our knowledgeable staff of exercise specialists and healthcare professionals give you the one-on-one personal attention you deserve in the friendly, professional atmosphere you expect. At ASK we offer corporate wellness programs, nutrition consultants, and personal training with programs. Our supervised fitness programs are personalized to jump-start your goals to improve fitness and overall wellness. Whether you are training for a particular sport, recovering from surgery or just want to get in shape, the ASK staff is committed to help guide you toward better physical fitness.
We have 20,000 square feet of space dedicated to fitness, with a newly remodeled expansion. The ASK Fitness Center includes a cardio deck, circuit training area, free weight room, stretching and ab room, aerobics room, acceleration training zone, treadmill, sports acceleration room and a CrossFit area. In addition to our training rooms, we also have a tanning facility, massage room, smoothie bar, locker rooms and kids zone.
We have a large assembly of quality machines including cardio, weight and performance training machines to help you achieve your optimum fitness level. Our full-line of brand name cardio equipment includes Troy, Cybex™, Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Tuff Stuff and Hampton. In addition, we have a full range of free weights including dumbbells, platforms and racks, and resistance bands.

Our cardio deck features a full line of treadmills, ellipticals, arc trainers and recumbent bikes. We also offer spin bikes, rowers and a stair stepper to meet all of your cardio needs. With four flat screen televisions at the front of the deck, it’s easy to stay entertained while you use our cardio equipment. All of our machines offer training programs to guide you through the workout and keep track of calories burned, heart rate and distance traveled.
Group Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of group fitness classes to enhance your fitness experience. Our instructors provide an upbeat, energetic atmosphere to keep you motivated and moving in each class. All members are welcome to attend any class, based on space availability. Non-members are welcome to attend for a per class fee. *** Starting February 1, 2016 we will only be offering Yoga classes while we work on upgrading other areas of the facility. We are excited about the new changes and will only be putting aerobics on hold for a short period.***
