Bio
Devon was born and raised in Minot, ND. He graduated from Minot Hight School, went to MSU, and won the business plan competition the first year it was out. Devon went on to start a lawn service company as well as a construction company.

Recently, Devon became owner of ASK Fitness. It is his mission to help improve the quality of life for everyone in the Minot area by promoting a healthier lifestyle. This includes eating right and daily exercise to keep the mind and body in equilibrium.

Bio
Samantha graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008 with a B.S. in Health Ecology. She then moved to Minot and joined the team at ASK in 2009. She has been pursuing her career goals as a fitness professional for the past eight years and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Public Health in 2016.

Samantha is nationally certified by NASM and has recently taken a position teaching at Minot State University. Her passion for fitness continues to improve the overall quality of life for each of her clients.

Bio
A graduate of Minot State University, B.S. in Corporate Fitness with a Minor in Business Management, Craig started with ASK immediately following his graduation. Craig’s experience includes the inception of ASK in the early days of the mobile acceleration program. His extensive experience with sports performance as well as personal training adds a professional dynamic that keeps his clients coming back for more!

Bio
Born and raised in Minot, ND, Lexi has grown up loving the outdoors and being active. Lexi quickly found a special love for dance. Upon graduating from Minot High School in 2014, Lexi found a love for fitness and training. Starting as a Yoga Fit instructor at ASK Fitness, her career soon developed into being the Assistant Manager of ASK, and recently became one of ASK’s Personal Trainers. Lexi is currently attending Minot State University and will soon graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Kindergarten.

Rebecca Bell

Bio
Rebecca was very active growing up and loved the outdoors. Upon graduating high school, she began pursuing her passion for coaching and received a degree in Kinesiology in 2007. Rebecca taught Physical Education for five years while her family was stationed in northern California. It was there that she first became introduced to CrossFit and has been in love with the style of training ever since. Continuing to fulfill her coaching passion through CrossFit, she obtained Trainer certificate and became certified to coach Olympic lifting. In an effort to broaden her fitness knowledge even more she has since become a Certified
Personal Trainer.

Bio
Liz Reid was born in Detroit and attended school in Germany before going to Loyola University of New Orleans to study business. After school her family moved through Wyoming, Colorado, finally settling into North Dakota life. Liz started off nannying and babysitting in Minot, starting as an ASK fitness KidZone employee in 2013 and in 2014, she took over as the KidZone manager. She has two children and loves working with kids, volunteering in the community and living in Minot, North Dakota.

Bio
Jared was born and raised right here in Minot, ND and graduated Minot High School in 2008. He’s been active in sports his whole life and in high school it was Football, Wrestling, and Track and Field all four years. Lettering all four years in Wrestling and Track, and twice in Football. He went on to attend Minot State University where he was on the track team as a thrower. Shortly after figuring out college was not where he wanted to be, he found CrossFit and has been consumed ever since. After almost two years of cross-fitting, he attended CFL1 and shortly after started coaching the beginners course here at CrossFit Minot. “It’s been an amazing experience so far watching people progress and grow and I hope to be doing this for many years.”

Dan Klein

Bio
Dan Klein is a Kinetics Sports Acceleration coach at ASK Fitness and has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Fitness. Dan is a Gulf War Vet, Iraq 05-06. Not only does Dan have two Bachelor’s degrees, he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA since 1996. Dan has a love for the movie Shrek, which makes Shrek his favorite actor.

Bio
Erin is a Communication Disorder Major at Minot State. She is also currently minoring in Deaf & Hard of Hearing and Psychology. Erin played various high school sports and continues to play when the opportunity arises. She’s been involved with Ask Fitness & CrossFit Minot for a year. Erin has a lot of coaching experience through different sports (basketball, swimming & canoeing/kayaking). She is really excited to share her fitness passion by helping kids improve their fitness through our CLC program with the schools.

Troy Durivage

Troy has been practicing Massage Therapy for 5 years. However, Troy has been giving massages since he was only 10 years old. Troy earned his Associates of Science in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2012 and has been continuing to grow his knowledge since that time. Troy, his wife, and their daughter have lived in Minot ND since 2013 when they first were stationed at Minot Air Force Base and have come to love this city and all the great people who live here.
